Nazlina's cooking class has expanded beyond my wildest expectations.

The latest is, I have moved my operation to concentrate in George Town area. Look up http://www.penang-cooking-class.com for more details on the new venues.

I also incorporate a wet market tour in my class. This proofs to be very popular with my students. We start the class with a local breakfast at 7.30 a.m. Yeap, pretty early for most, but it is necessary in order to experience the hustle and bustle of the market.

I am also coming up with a new banner for my class. Fine tuning is being done, very soon we will see these banners gracing the lamp posts around George Town and Batu Feringhi.

Organizations are also welcome to invite me for a hands-on cooking demonstration. The latest one I did was with the Yoga Group at Penang Swimming Club.

We made fantastic (achar buah). Yummy!
